Yes we got there, timing good, and plenty of snow even for one ski mobile to make it to the cabin. Afterwards some serious melt with warmer melt; then we were able to get up to Spiral.

Great you got out there; hiked that trail all the way to Thunder Lake. the last lake is a weird one... has high water level in late spring, yet drops 60 - 80 feet and more by late summer

Sounds like you had a good time; I remember camping by Lightning Lake it got cold as well......late August.

Hope they do find that young man so family could get closure; guess as you say next...

Bedpost Mountain from Tulameen 10km FSR Oct.25/20

The area hike was recommended by my hiking companion, Ingrid. The mountain is not that impressive as the others, but would be an interesting place to visit. plus the trail would be interesting.
