I've fished many back country lakes while on...

I've fished many back country lakes while on BPing trips. I clean in the lake and throw the entrails into the lake. I normally hike where I can have a fire and burn what isn't edible.

What a waste of money. Cyclists have been using the parkway for decades with little or no accidents. Why fix that's not broken? How about using the money for back country maintenance.

Stick to the Whitegoat. Its free. I've spent some time in the Whitegoat and its a rugged chunk of the mountains that's not in a national park. You could make an excellent trip of 6 to 8 days.
