Default Club tread app

Does anybody have any interest in a club tread app for I phone or android.
I think it would be the business.

Depends what kind of app, for hiking trails / gps data or for viewing this website?

I think a BC hiking trail app is a great idea!

I love the idea. Maybe make it so that you can save a couple trails to your phone so that when out of range of data, which happens fairly often in BC wilderness, you can still take a quick look at your trail map or information page.

Funny, ShadowChaser and I were just talking about it as well. He has some cool ideas on the UI. What do folks think of an app vs mobile web?

I browse the site on my mobile phone today and it works OK.

If you do have some time to make an improvement, I would place a higher priority on improving the work-flow for including photos in trip reports.
The lack of an in-line preview makes things difficult. Lots of switching back and forth between the text window and the preview window to figure out which ctIMG code corresponds to which picture.

Agreed. Maybe it has been fixed already, but when I uploaded a TR a few weeks ago I had to use IE in order to get the multi-uploader to work. Kept getting server side error messages in firefox.
