The Maligne Road opens tomorrow at noon to locals for walking and cycling. I think it then opens to all traffic as of the 21st. So will 93A and it also said Celestine Road too, but there has been a few reported incidents between cyclists and pipeliners. I’m not sure if that has been resolved.
