Any info on the Liard Plateau?

Any info? Can find nothing online whatsoever. Of course a very remote area, but seems to contain a Tundra-esque biome not found anywhere else in the Northern Rockies.

I've seen it referenced as the "Caribou Range" from a single source.

Interesting, it got me googling, the gov't 1:250k map does say Caribou Range! Looks difficult to get to.
