Default Suggestions for Engagement Hike

Hello there,
I moved to Abbotsford about a month ago to be close to my girlfriend and also to propose to her. I am planning on doing it on the 27th of Oct, so in about 2 weeks.
Since we both love hiking in the outdoors I was hoping to go on a hike with her. I am new to this area (moved here from Austria) and so I am in need of some suggestions for good hikes and I was hoping that you guys could help me out...

Let me describe the perfect hike:
The perfect hike wouldn't be more than 2h drive from Abbotsford, and not more than 2h hiking up (or about 5h in total) We are both pretty good hikers (I grew up hiking the Alps), but I wouldn't want a super demanding hike for this occasion :P If possible there should also be some sort of outlook on the top (a nice spot to propose).
She loves trees and forrests, so if there is a lot of trees driving/hiking there, or even a beautiful panorama on top with a fall-forrest to look down upon - that would be amazing.

Thank you guys for your help,
Ripei

Yes, will post full report next week, have just a phone on me now. That Alpine is phenomenal

There is super scenic lake below Flatiron, Needle reflections etc. No more than 2 hr from parking. I'd sit there, little grassy bench above the lake, picnic, maybe even bring bit of wine then pull out a ring and propose. If you are lucky with weather because this won't last forever
