Default Radium Lake

I'm itching to get out there and enjoy some out doors now that we are finally getting some decent weather. I was thinking of trying Radium Lake this weekend, May 12, 2018. Any input as to the conditions of the trail, snow, do-able or not at this time of year? As usual any and all comments hints and ideas are appreciated.

Radium Lake is totally doable, though it's not a particularly amazing destination by itself..i was there with a friend this past weekend, we were aiming for Webb but got on the way far too late in the day and then got slightly off track and ended up a bit to the left and above the lake while aiming for the Webb-Macdonald col. You will want snowshoes past the log bridge crossing. The route generally follows the creek so while the trail is buried under the snow, following the markers isn't particularly hard (and not even really nessesary tbh). The main hazard is falling through the snow around logs ,esp in the clearings. At some point I fell through up to my chest. Snow is very slushy where exposed to sun, reasonable-ish elsewhere. Good luck
