Drive in rec sites in March?
Hello ladies and gents, I'd like to go away for a night or two. Just car camping. Is there anywhere I can drive in without too much snow? I was thinking of maybe Davis lake near merritt (http://www.sitesandtrailsbc.ca/searc...RDCS&type=Site) but I have no idea how much snow there is there. Coq traffic cams show quite a bit. If this is a no go, as I imagine it is, where else can I look?
Thanks |

Lytton Cams show not much snow in the Fraser Canyon and up towards Lillooet. But I don't know of any particular spots. Provincial campgrounds are still closed.

That's great, thanks! I was hoping to find an FSR to explore, looks like Lytton/Stein Valley might be a good candidate. |

The snow level obviously changes but I was up to the 60km mark on the east side main road and to clear creek about 3 weeks ago in my Subaru.
Also FYI there is no car camping available in the Stein valley. |
