Bump!

Anyone have any recent intel on the gate access to Crickmer? Hoping to gain at least some motorized elevation up the road if possible Tuesday.

Thought I heard something about a new gate that was permanently locked unlike the old which was just shut usually but easily pushed open. Hoping for the later.

Can't say much for conditions on the trail. Was up nearby last weekend, the gate on the road to the Crickmer trailhead was locked right at the main FSR just past Devils lake. Went up the knob approx due west of Devils lake, and there was maybe a cm of snow at the top of that (around 700m). Looked like a decent amount of snow on Crickmer.

Ugh Remember that as a very long road slog, with that gate locked.

Of the the three trips; once had to start near the main gate up a little ways from the main road.
