Default Barbour to McLeod route

I am trying to plan this high route for my last day in the area, having stayed overnight at the Gingerbread lake, and I am having hard time figuring out the ascent/descent of those those 2 peaks: Barbour from the west side( the lake side) and McLeod from the east side.

Has anyone done them from those directions? McLeod looks crazy steep from the SE side..with no clear line to the top

I did it recently: https://forums.clubtread.com/27-briti...ur-mcleod.html

Barbour is a talus scramble, and I imagine most of the snow is now melted out (so harder to avoid the loose stuff). McLeod has a steep but easy gully, and an easy scramble option as well. Both are hidden from view when approaching along the ridge. To find it, you'll see a nasty looking gully sided by a vertical wall on its left. Bypass this gully on the S side, and you'll find the easier options. Best of luck and enjoy!
