is this safe to walk on or is all mush? freezing levels haven't been very low lately

The Coquihalla just got a big dump of snow, so I imagine snowshoes would be mighty helpful.

yeah I see that, prolly make the lake even more risky with that nice clean look of winter on top of it.


Last time we were up there, we had our car sifted through, so this time when we leave it (seemingly) unattented we can have some fun with it

Crossed the lake yesterday after doing a loop around Zoa! It was mushy but seemed quite safe.

Wasthinking about heading to Iago-Bear yesterday, but we decided for Manning. Snow conditions looked heavy for the Coquihalla per highway cams.

Was thinking of doing the same loop this Sunday down from Zoa and around crossing the lake in the process back to the car park. Hoping the lake is solid with all these higher temperatures lately in the area.

Every journey begins with one small step.
