Squamish FSR closed
A little hard to tell from the map but it looks like Cypress Peak is included in the closure - even if you approach from the East. I'm not sure if that is their intention.
*Update* Squamish FSR closure
Effective noon, July 23, 2015, the road closure for the Squamish Forest Service(FSR) has moved northward from zero kilometer (km) on the Squamish FSR to the 27km mark on the Squamish FSR. The road closure amendment opens up all of the Ashlu River and valley for public use and moves the security check point north of the Shovelnose Creek river rafting insertion site.
That is one huge fire quoted there, over 12000 hectares.

Ground crews are continuing to work in difficult terrain to increase the containment of the Elaho fire. Today they are working in the northern end of the fire to contain hotspots. Crews are also working in the southern end of the fire, east of the Elaho River. In the southwest corner they will be building a heli-pad so additional crews can be flown in to commence control work for the area. Helicopter bucketing operations are occurring east of the Lava Creek Conservancy, within the Clendinning Park Boundary, and in the vicinity of the upper Elaho Main road.
Interface: This is not an interface fire.
