"Urban" Lower Mainland exercise hikes
For years I've done the BCMC and Lynn Peak as mid-week trainers. This year, I found myself very out of shape and will less time than ever.
I'd really like to shave off the drive to the North Shore,... does anyone have any "goto" hikes centered around Burnaby that offer some actual cardio (maybe 30 minutes of uphill minimum), and exercises vertical hiking muscles?
I've done the "Coquitlam Crucnch" so thought I'd revisit that one, but any other ideas? For example is there a particularly steep on on Burnaby Mountain?
