Default Provincial Park Signs with Animals

We just got back from Cultus Lake today and much to the kids delight, we discovered the giant Merganser sign near the Entrance Bay picnic area. (Is that new?) I know that the west entrance of Manning Park has a giant marmot, and both Golden Ears & Mt. Robson have a mountain goat - but are there any other parks with similar signs?

Thanks

David

Monck Provincial Park on Nicola Lake has a chipmunk I think, and Carmanah has a marbled murrelet

Golden Ears had a whole pod of the North American Beach Whale yesterday.
Not at the entrance, but down in their natural habitat.
Easily recognizable, puffy white early, turning bright red later, trapped in old bathing suits two sizes too small, no sign of motion...

I know the topic is signs, but that is kinda a sign. A sign that winter is well and truly done with once the Beach Whale emerges from hibernation.

The Stein Valley Nlaka'pamux Heritage Park has a subtle - large tattoo size- repro of a pictograph. It could be of an owl wing beating a mountain goat and an elk, or because it is the result of a vision quest, it may be something surreal within a native context.

It is not new, but was recently replaced. I wondered if it had been stolen quite some time ago, wondered who would, or why they would steal such a thing, but you never know these days. People will steal ANYTHING! I was glad to see it back though, I too as a kid, used to love seeing it.

It's lost a lot of weight over the winter - it was only half a bear at the beginning of April

I think it was down while it was being restored. Someone has cut the beak off it the last two years in a row. Maybe they just take it down in the winter now to avoid vandalism.
