absolutely true. But AB side has dropped noticeably even for lower traffic when compared to BC, and several posters (Vern, Engor to name a few) that contributed invaluable info over the years have now left. This is red flag I was talking about; if I was management I'd actually send email to users like this and inquire -- if nothing else, it would help identify the issues.
