Hi,

My brother wants to partake in his first over nighter this coming weekend and I have no idea where to take him. He has no experience. My first thoughts were Lindeman Lake or Elk, Elfin lake (some of my more favorite go-to's)but I'm slightly put off by the break-ins at the TH's that I keep hearing about and I worry that the climb might put him off altogether. Am I way off base? Any suggestions? We are willing to drive a couple hours. Thanks in advance!
