Lake Lovely Water had very little to no snow the whole way in. Minimal to no coveage at the lake. Above treeline looked like sufficient coverage for skiing, but it looked like there was a bulletproof crust. High north winds at ridgetop were redistributing spindrift. Great mountaineering conditions if you're ready for it.
