Beautiful! A place that's been on my list for a long time!
Do you think 3-4 days would be enough to see a least a few bits of all those amazing places?
I know a lot of people say that you need at least 2 weeks to see Newfoundland properly. But that just doesn't work for our schedules, and we find that a week off at a time is plenty. I think an argument could be made for a 4 day trip if you got a seat sale, realizing of course that more is better. For example:

Day 1: St. John's. Full on. Breakfast at the Bagel Co. Lots of walking. Fort Amherst, Battery and Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, loop back downtown. Supper anywhere. Pub & live music to end the day.
Day 2: Boat tour from Bay Bulls, sea kayak tour in Cape Broyle. Stay at a B&B.
Day 3: East Coast Trail hiking, lunch in Ferryland at the lighthouse, dinner theatre, B&B.
Day 4: Cape St. Mary's and close the loop back to St. John's.
Day 5: Regret leaving.
