This is the valley of the fabled "Enchanted Valley", which (as it turns out) is more spectacular in real life than any photograph could depict. Unfortunately, the access road to the trailhead at Grave Creek washed out in 2006, so you have to hike 8 kilometres along an admittedly pleasant gravel road. They say that it will be fixed soon. We'll see. The valley itself beyond the trailhead is beautiful, much like, let's say, a wilderness version of the San Juan/Gordon system on Vancouver Island. And no, I did not take the obligatory picture of the heritage ranger chateau in the Enchanted Valley.
