I will just add that this was a joint ACC-Vancouver and BCMC trip organized by Dan Friedmann. The access road (NFD 1130 and NFD 1131) was free of snow till 100 m before the last switchback (as of Sunday, 24 May 2009) about a kilometer before the Boulder Creek Trailhead sign. The snow cover is thin and going fast it is quite possible the road will be driveable all the way this weekend.

The trail is mostly snow free, we walked for about 2.5 km before snow was good enough to ski on. Boulder glacier is magnificent and more direct than Coleman GLacier. Spectacular route, great skiing too. We left our camp (1800 m) at 4:45 AM and made it to the top around 11 AM and skied down around noon. It would have been better to ski down an hour earlier (better snow).

How were the crevasses and bridges on this route!

Can this be done in a day,distance wise is it similar to doing the coleman standard route when the road was open to the regular park spot?

the crevases and bridges were in great conditions (almost no crevases nor bridges...everything was snow covered except one little crevase near the top).
However, with such a hot weather it may be more open...

This is the longest route to the summit. it's about 2600m elevation gain. You can do it in a day if you can but its a bit longer than coleman.

Yes you can do it in a day from the parking lot. It is SE facing so midnight start is probably the best timing wise. The distance might be similar but the trail is not as good as the one to Heliotrope ridge, no major creek crossings but trail quality is lower than Heliotrope. Also the trail disappears while still in the forest so there might be some route finding before you gain the glacier. I'd add extra hour just for that.

I imagine there will be a few more small crevasses by now, the hot weather is melting the white stuff really fast.
