Well Timv,My leg was a little stiff when I started,but after 10-15 min. it stretched out and felt good.Comming back down was different,the screws around my ankle started to give me some discomfort,aspirin helps.Soaked my leg in a hot tub for a short time then iced it after.No problems next morning.
