Default Hadley Peak and Wells FSR info?

Anybody been up Hadley Peak way or even part way to say Chowder Ridge perhaps? Looking for a little intel on the Wells Road conditions as well as the trail conditions ie: snow coverage, etc. Thinking about camping up that way as did Karen and David sometime very soon.

Any info much appreciated.

As recently as July 15 the road to Skyline Divide was closed at mile 5.6 and the trail head is 12.8. I have not seen an update since.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info Tenderfoot. Looks like access into that area will not be happening for a while. I'll have to come up with a plan B it would seem.
