MEC has a few topos. I purchase mine from Nixons Maps in Cloverdale at 17682 - 57th Avenue -- they have a very extensive stock selection and if by chance they don't have a particular map or chart in stock they can order it in quickly. They also carry some kick-butt black and white topo maps in 1/10,000 scale for most of the province.

I get my digital maps and charts from Deakin Equipment in Vancouver at 1361 Powell Street.

I like maps. I like them a lot.

I need to hide this post from my wife..She is a professional map addict as well. I'm afraid that if she goes in they will no longer have an extensive stock

But thanx for the info!

Times are changing. I suspect there will be progressively more small businesses with options of printing out maps such as this home based business in Nanaimo. http://www.meridianmapping.ca/index....vices_plotting
