Default Sky Pilot, BC, Gear for this weekend

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to get up Sky Pilot, BC, tomorrow/Saturday (27/08 - 28/08) and it looks like the weather isn't so bad. Does anyone have experience of what gear we're going to need at this time of year.

I'm a competent climber, so have heard I likely won't need a rope for Pink Slab.

As far as I know, the technical gear I will need is:

Micro spikes.
Climbing shoes. (just to make the slab and summit gully a little safer)

Does that sound about right?

Also, would anyone strongly recommend AGAINST it for this weekend for any reason? I guess my only concern is how slippy/icy Pink Slab is.

Many Thanks

Hi mods, this might be better off in the British Columbia thread. I totally forgot to mention where it is! Are you able to rename the title to what I've changed internally, and move it to somewhere better?!

I can move it but it's probably irrelevant now. More relevant question is how the climb went?
