Default Is Mt Fairview difficult?

We're hiking with two kids on our backs and was wondering how difficult Fairview is? Is there anything scrambling? How's the footing? How steep is the trail compared to say, Tent Ridge?

Thanks

There is an excellent trail all the way to the summit.

Thanks, and what about Wasatch Mountain? I know there's no "trail" but I've read it's a hike and little to no hands on scrambling?

I agree that Fairview should be good. I would say it is easier/less steep than Tent Ridge.

Haven't done Wasatch, I've heard there's some risk of rock fall (I think Engor had a report on here a few years ago). That makes me think not the best with kids on the back, but check out some reports on it, see what you think.

Thanks, it was a nice hike we went today. Much less steep/technical than Tent Ridge, a nice trail the whole way. Anyone know the name of this peak? https://goo.gl/maps/XFuD39GrUEB2

Seems like it would offer a nice view down paradise valley but i can't find the name on any of my maps. Thanks!

That gets called Little Temple. There are a few reports on it around.

here's mine. Marko has one somewhere too that shows the easy route that I mention but did not take.
