A couple of days in Banff
 

I find I maybe in Banff Wed. and Thurs. for work so was thinking of coming down Mon. in the hopes of better weather than we are "enjoying" here in Jasper to do a couple of hikes or a backpacking trip. Any suggestions would be appreciated. T2C has said the Plain of 6 Glaciers on another post and that does sound lovely.
Thanks all, getting kinda sick of the rain and snow here, I guess I might enjoy the rain and snow in a different backyard!

Not sure what the snow situation is like for plain of six glaciers is at this time.... currently it's still raining here.

I've been waiting to go there this year...have this trail run idea with a break for chocolate cake.....mmmmmmm

i was at lake louise last weekend, i would expect snow, but still easy hiking

thanks for the updates, I will be in town Mon. morning to sunshine...please! Have decided that it will be day hikes only as work commitment's are going to take more time than first thought. Some place different as I have always avoided hiking Banff prior to this, kinda looking forward to it.

thanks marko, i should of said weekday june 7 and june 8, i got lucky with the conditions on wednesday. Tuesday it rained all day but cleared off in the evening.
