Me and my Wife are headed to the Sunshine coast this summer (July) for a 1w trip.
Looking for recommendations on hikes to do in the area.

We will be hoping for several short part day hikes, and 1-2 full day hikes.

Any recommendations would be wonderful.
(including any "Dont miss" sections of the SCT sunshine coast trail.)

where, on the SC will you be hanging out? I can give you some insights for the Gibsons to Pender Area but check out posts from another CT'er, Susied knows the powell river area.

Sorry, haven't been on CT for a while. A lovely loop trail (1/2 day) goes from Dinner Rock park to Browne Creek, on to Hurtado Bay and Point and ends up back at Dinner Rock. If you can arrange two cars, SCT from Southview Road via Gibraltar Bluffs, Rievely's Pond and Appleton Canyon is a great 1/2 day hike. If not, Southview Road to Rievely's and back is still worthwhile. The Sliammon Lakes trail (Sutherland Road end to Little Sliammon and then on to Big Sliammon) offers great swimming if it's a hot day. You could finish at Kokanee Creek (nice picnic area, bench by the lake) or head on up to Kayach Bluffs for a good view. This is also part of the SCT and would be an out and back option.
