Air Nootka just replied to my inquiries today and basically said the same thing they told you. Think I'll wait it out and see what happens with both trails neither of which I've been to. Would prefer to get the whole meal deal if you know what I mean.

I would definitely agree with you, when we did the Nootka trail, aside from Calvin falls, Friendly Cove (the church, and lighthouse), and the fresh fish cooked up for the hikers by one of the residents there was definitely my favorite part and as far as I am concerned, a must see.
