Can anyone recommend a tool to get rid of a dust speck like this one at center left of the photo?

This is from the Cypress car viewpoint on our way to hike Christmas Gully this morning.

In Photoshop it is extremely simple. There is spot healing brush (circle), you just place it over the spot and click. There are other ways, but this is simplest. Works great too

Yeah, the subscription fee though...

Thanks for your offer Zeljkok. I have been using Picasa to do it but it doesn't give good results always, I end up with a non-uniform looking sky, like you can see the area where the fix was made. And it is kind of old and finicky to use. So I was wondering if there was an easier way. Anyway I seem to have gotten an acceptable result after trying it a few more times.
