Great idea Marc! I like your contributions so far. That pic of the grouse is quite cute with its inquisitive look.

I'll have to add some later once I get up the nerve to go through my discs.

and beautiful pictures so far!

Mine pale by comparison, I dont see much wildlife on the trails, but heres two pictures.

anyone who knows me knows I love birds, even these guys that are always searching for food!

Short tailed weasel, and/or ermine (same thing different season? I don't know my mustelids too well)


Not actually a laser clear shot of a marmot but I like it because this guy was just waiting for us to start climbing so he could sneak out of his chimney and start chewing on our sweaty packs.

Apparently this goat free solos harder rock climbs than I can. Needle Peak.
