Great idea here - thanks to all for the pics!

Next challenge: 4 seasons!

I was going to doing "first of each month: shot from the same local along the Vedder River, Chilliwack . . . but alas have never got it done. I do picture the seasonal changes as I run along the trail [8D] -- usually I'm about 2 seasons out of sink in this (in summer, when its bright at 6am or hot at 4pm - I recall the snow) BUT that may not work this year [:0]

Gnomey, if you're listening, maybe this thread could move in with the other photo threads. I'd forgotten all about it...

So here's Crown Mountain from the Strachan Trail, July, then December

A whole series of Black Rock Mountain in the Ghost:

Black Rock Mountain
1. 2.
1. July 2004
2. October 2003

Mounts Costigan, Aylmer, Devils Head, and multiple unnamed, to SW of Black Rock
1. 2. 3. 4.
1. May 2005
2. July 2004
3. October 2003
4. August 2005 (at dusk)

Prairies West/Northwest of Black Rock Mountain - nothing tall this way until Newfoundland...
1. 2.
1.July 2004
2. October 2003

One extra shot - I don't have a comparison, but if you're familiar with this trail, you should have an idea how crazy this is.
Pathway, near the bottom, before the switchbacks, in August 2005, after the June rains and flooding.
