Default Ski Doc - Feel like helping out?

Hey everyone,

I'm wanting to create a mini documentary this season on ski touring and I'm looking for people who aren't shy in front of a camera, that would be game to do a couple minute interviews.

If you live in Kamloops and would like to get involved, give me a call. My number is 250 819 8024. Broke ass film maker here though, so you'd have to want to do it out of passion for skiing.

I'm going to be at falls lake parking lot tomorrow morning around 8, and heading up to shoot establishing shots and B-roll and whatnot around either Thar or Zoa. So call or text if you'd like to meet up in the morning.

250 819 8024

Simon

I might be interested in helping out another way. What's the concept of the film? Do you need help shooting in anyway? Always wanted to do a ski film of some sort, but never have. Paid work gets in the way! I'm a videographer based out of edmonton. I like to ski tour quite a bit.

That's awesome Booewen!

Let me know your email address and I'll outline my ideas.

Do you visit BC very often? Kamloops in particular? Not that, that's a problem. It would be interesting to have footage from other parts of the country

Email sent. Just noticed I put Edmonton! Haha I live in Calgary now. Have done since May. Old habits die hard I suppose.

If any of you have not seen Simon's talent for making video, check out some of his trip reports.

Good luck with your project Simon, I eagerly await it's release!

I was hoping Simon would see this and answer, but it's been a few days.
Your right, most of the links are bad. His latest trip report video link still works though and it brings you to his youtube channel with a bunch more.

Thank you Scott! That's really nice of you to say! I'm hoping I can get some interesting footage this season..

I created a new YT channel so most of the old links are dead. The last trip report has an active link, like Scott said.

Booewen, I didn't receive an email. If you're still interested, email me at simonhergott@gmail.com Sorry for the late reply..
