Good one Jim! You are so crappy, oops, I meant crafty!

The first is a typical Mt. Baker/Snoqualamie National Forest throne as it was meant to be: all the ones I saw had the string holding the lid broken, boards fallen off the lids and rusty nails poking out. All of which was more than compensated by the views from the cr****r.

This is such an unusual topic for picture of the month so on my last trip I started taking pictures of unusual things like animal crap, strange-shaped geological formations and a few other weird stuff in hope that I can enter these pictures for future photo contest.

Can't wait for the next photo of the month suggestion.

Ok, I'll concede that it was a crappy idea for a topic

Probably my other idea for a topic of trail wounds won't fly either

How about "Fall Colours"?

I didn't take this pic, but I thought I'd post it since it's kinda funny anyway...

I have a pretty amazing photo that would warrant being part of this contest. However i am not part of the digital age just yet so need to scan it. Try to do that tomorrow.
I wish i would have taken photos of all the places i was directed to in India!!! That country has very different concepts of what toilets are meant to be!!! Some eye opening nose closers!!
Somebody please explain how i will get the photo onto this site??!!

Hehehe billygoat - seen that one a number of times. Its funny how many different signs I've seen with it. I think it started out as a management and staff washroom. LOL.

Hey carmen - if you have any nifty ideas of things that you'd like to see as a photo of the month, let me know. I'm keeping a list.

Clicking on the eight button from the left on your message composition box starts the upload an image process.

Plan B is to mail the picture to Jim [email protected] and have him post it for you.

Sorry for the delay in putting this one out. Was a crazy week and then vegged at the Stein. The votes were tallied and my Chilkoot outhouse took first. Tied for second were Hikerboy and Hodge. Next one posted soon - hopefully one people have more pics of. Remember, no matter how weird it may seem, it may end up as a photo of the month contest.

FIX!!! This contest is FIXED!! I demand a re-count! Subpoena the message stores on the mail server! Bring in an auditor!

Shoulda known that a contest with such a "crappy" subject would have a sh!tty outcome!

LOL...

Seriously, contrats guys. Nice pics.

Yeah yeah... I almost felt like a tool posting the results. I just count the votes. Don't dump on the ballot-boy. And you can thank Pathfinder for the crappy theme - it was his idea! heheheh
