In my experience, Calgary. Itís a gorgeous city. First, itís conveniently located. In three hours you could be in the US or in Edmonton.
Itís also got hundreds of small towns and sightseeing locations surrounding it, perfect for day trips. On top of that, itís got a fantastic international airport that will take you literally anywhere in the world. On top of that, there are thousands of immigrants coming from many different countries each year, so the chances of finding an ex-pat community are pretty high. For business types Calgary has one of the fastest-growing GDPs in Canada, look up http://vpsmart.co.uk.
