Nice pic. Billygoat. Not only have you committed one fashion crime with the shorts over long underwear (known as the "failed superhero"), but you've even done the socks and sandals together. You were lucky to be so far from civilization so the Fashion Cops didn't thrash you as you so rightly deserved.
What's next White Pants after Labour Day? LOL!

Back on topic, just did a search on google about this payment difference at dry cleaners. Holy crap, I didn't realize that this was a problem or that it seems to exist everywhere. Glad that the only thing I dryclean is my down bag and that's only a few times a year.

And I wouldn't have him any other way![^]

And dry cleaning.... I try to stay away from "dry clean only" fabrics. It's all a scam!

I would like to defend the "socks with sandals" look. If I am backpacking, I don't want to wear my hiking boots in camp when I've been in them all day. The only alternative is the teva sandals. But the mosquitos will attack my feet. Hence, wool socks under Tevas (they bite right through the socks but it's not as bad). Billygoat, you have my full support.

There is, however, no excuse for "socks with sandals" for gadding about town

Especially if you pair it with a nice purse, proving to everyone that you haven't actually just come back from a hike.

Hey can I rant off topic?!?

What's up with those 1litre juice containers from Sun-Rype? They give you a little foil thingy to peel off so you don't have to scissor it like you used to, but when you pour, the stuff gurgles all over, and I always spill some! Like, didn't the research folks actually use the thing after they designed it?

And don't get me started on coffee pots....... How many years have they been making coffee pots? 80? And still they dribble all over the place. Like, who pays these R&D ppl anyway?

oooooooooooooooooooooo I forgot about the size thing! Are these clothing manufacturers on CRACK? I wear anything from a 2 to an 8. Jeans are hands down the worst. If I can get them over my ass & hips there's 6 inches gaping around my waist. I HATE shopping for jeans. Even shoe sizes are screwed up now. I seriously doubt that my feet are shrinking but my shoe size has gone down 1/2 to a full shoe size. God I hate clothes shopping. My husband makes me do it once a season. I just sit in the changeroom making a face while he brings me 4 of everything since god knows we can't count on the size lable to mean anything.

I don't care of feece is out. It's soft & fuzzy and feels nice against my hairy legs.

D'oh! You mean all this time I've been frustrated with these things, and all I had to do was follow the instructions? Oh crap.
