Default Goiing to Cuba? "Bike Mule" needed!

Hola CT Travellers,

Are you heading to Cuba?
Would you be prepared to transport two older mountain bikes to a friend of ours in Havana? We'd box the bicycles for shipping, and pay any extra airline fees.

If you are willing to accept this “bike mule” mission, you may also gain an inside track to use of a reasonably priced apartment in Havana, and the services of a knowledgeable Cuban guide.

We cycled around Cuba a year ago. See trip report:

The bikes are for our friend's sons, ages 10 and 15. This is our thank you to him for his friendship, insights, and guidance while we were there. We acquired the bikes nearly a year ago, but the original plan for their transport has fallen through.

Any takers? Please email me.
