Many of the older shows are like that. In my younger days the Six Million Dollar Man and "The Fall Guy" were favorite shows of mine, but watching them now they seem rather simplistic and boring. Three's Company? Whoa talk about homophobic comments, but it still has it's funny moments.

Gilligan's Island was my absolute favourite show when I was about 6. Tried watching it again when I was a bit older, for nostalgia's sake, but I couldn't get through an entire episode, for the same reasons sgRant cited.

Like the Japanese submarine episode where the guy didn't know the war was over, or the Russian cosmonauts? Yeah those episodes were full of stereotypes.

Get Smart episodes are being shown again. I think it was my favorite comedy. It's still not bad, but I rarely watch it and my teenage daughter doesn't get it at all. Seems to me a lot of the writers of these shows were Canadians.

I wonder what the Man From UNCLE would seem like nowadays.
