Yeah, I don't want to see that in the wild, let alone in C'Jack's back yard.

Just to clarify though, I would for sure watch the DeerCam if it were up and running. I'd just rather be outside. Glad to hear they're doing well, C'Jack!

Who'd 'ave thought that buying a webcam was worser than buying a digital camera...

There are MILLIONS to choose from...

So, I'm on eBay looking, folks... so hang in there...

Wireless, web-based, night vision, motion activated...

Jeeze, I'm giving you guys the best here...

...and I spoke to my neighbour tonight... she's only seen the mother in the last couple of days... I hope the remaining critter hasn't succumbed (sp??? where's my spellcheck, Jim???) to the dry teat tragedy of it's Bro...

Soon I will be able to say *News and Video at 11...* just like they do on the tele...

Spirit... if you wanna come and camp out at my place, girl... just bring a big bottle of wine... and the patio's all yours...

Why???...

Because when I got home, my nice neighbour was firing them at a Black Bear that (used to) frequent our meadow...

[u]NO WONDER </u>the Dears have taken flight!!!

...and the state-of-the-art webcam has been bought... maybe take a week or so to get here...

Have patience people... we shall overcome...

C'Jack...

That picture of the cougar and the deer was posted by C.Danes last summer - if I remember, it was from the states - Montana I think.

When the webcam is up and running, we may never see a Deer again... but Bear and Coyotes...

Well it's always good to have some "test subjects" to see if the bangers really do scare bears away.

Ah yes... but that's only half the story... she chased it up the neighbours driveway wanting to stomp it to death... that's when I took the picture... I should've entitled it *Puffin' Cat*...
