Default Hicks lake may 12/21

Hicks Lake is one of the lakes set up with a camping ground off its northern shores. It also has a trail made up of a gravel road and small trail circling around the lake totally.

One of my friends set up an after work adventure to encourage people working to come for an easy evening hike. This one is located off the southeast section of Harrison Lake, just east of Sasquatch Provincial Park. Our group completed the 6+ km circule in 1-1/4 hours, and one of us took a dive into the lake during this hike. off a conveniently placed hanging rope over the water. There was very little net elevation gain, probably not much more than 50 meters for duration of this hike.

Here are photos of the area, plus a route map showing the trail in "red".

I did this hike at the beginning of May. It makes for a nice pleasant walk.

I'm not sure what you mean by this as the lake is within the park boundary.
