Default Cheam Lake Wetlands Oct.04/20

Here is an easy hike; actually a wonderful nature walk west of Chiliwack, B.C. .. Just east of Highway 11 south of the Fraser Valley. The place is a lake with plenty of marshy areas in and around the shores, a great refuge for ducks, geese, and other wild waterfowl. There are three easy loop trails , perhaps total of 3 - 4 km if you complete them all.

A very nice place for a Sunday stroll, which Julia and I completed last week.

to start with park info board & map to show trail locations. I let photos speak for themselves

So much about B.C. I don't know!
Sometimes it's nice just to amble along and soak it all in. Thanks for a report from the quiet side.
Do you recall what language is transliterated on the signage?

Language is in first nations script; the quiet side is always great to relax and reflect.
