We went to the summit of Round Mountain today on skis. We skied a short fun line off the north side before continuing down to the parking lot. A sign at the Elfin Lakes parking lot indicated that the shelter was full last night and that anyone heading up would have to camp. The mandatory chain-up sign was in place.

Mountain name made me click... Glad I did.
