Default Need a little Needle Peak?

I got myself some today.

Snow? Yes a bit.

A bit of ice as well. Microspikes recommended!

Blueberries? Yes again! The tastiest ones are those found as you leave the forest and start the ridge crest.

Views?.. there were a few

Fall Colour? Why YES!

How did Krista do on the scramble?

I promised her I wouldn't tell.[:I]

It was a fabulous day to be up there! Shared by only 3 people and one canine. and the odd ladybug and snafflehound.

Great trip and fantastic pictures (nice fall colours)! Looks like maybe the Coq got a little less percipitation than the valley - it's not quite ski season yet

Awesome Jenn! I was thinking about going up there today too but Lindeman was calling me. Your pictures seem brighter and more beautiful. Is it just me or was it just such a clear and wonderful day?

I was up there yesterday! I think I was the only one all day. The 'eye' was a little snowy but worth the effort for the top. Great choice on a beautiful day!

Nice. I've always liked that area especially during autumn.

Beauty.

Cooling her butt? Hope she didn't find the scrambles too painful.

Been a challenging season for blueberries. Late all around, poor in some valleys, but bountiful a few mountains over.

Ha! I see you're channelling dogs again Marek. Sorry Krista bhdd& maybe next time

Lynn it was a gorgeous smog free day.

Janice yeah I'd like to return and finish that little scramble again. (I wasn't lucky enough to run into a kind Wilderness_Seeker willing to sit on my dog for me. [)])

Dgad, it's one of my favourite places to spend a few hours.

Ben I think quite a bit of snow had melted off, (evidenced by a good layer of Ice on the trail in places, full to overflowing tarns, and the muddy trail on the way down.

Ted I was thinking of your TRs with Nicole while sampling those berries. It gave me a chuckle that Krista chose that spot above all others to take a little rest. I guess she's looking forward to winter.

Thanks for the warm responses everyone.

Much better! : )

Looks like this was your 2nd or 3rd attempt at this shot, as Krista didn't follow. Katie will follow on the first and second attempt, but after that she knows what I am up to. : )
