Yes but you are assuming these are normal, ordinary people.

quote: Let me start by saying that it has taken me nearly 3 hours to come to grips with the events that unfolded during this hike. It is only now that I am emotionally ready to tell the story. I hope this serves as a reminder to those that hike. Please know the group and their abilities before heading out.
Hopefully a few of you have picked up on the fact that we knew the abilities of the other members before going into the semi-bushwack adventure, and agreed on the purpose of the hike. This trip was successful 'cause were all like-minded, goofy nutballs that like to HAVE FUN. And wow, did we have FUN!
Hopefully Gerry and Becky will refer to this thread before their next trip. (I still hold out hope for Bully, though. I think he was the smartest of the bunch. Yay, DOG POWER!)

I knew the embarrassing "Moses in the goofy hat" pictures would turn up. In my defence, it is a great hat for rain, snow, sun, and helps to keep the girls from hitting on me. (Nothing attractive about that hat, I assure you.) It's not a fashion contest people, IT'S ABOUT SURVIVAL.

Here are a few more pics....

Great photos and great TR. I'm trying to get my husband to ditch the Seattle Sombrero as well, but he used the same excuse. "Honey, it keeps all the women from hitting on me!"

I tell him that I am included in all those women and to just let me know when the hat is gone. [}]
