CT Fundraiser Dinner ~ November 27, 2013 @ 7:00 pm
Greetings Club Tread lovers of the outdoors. We are organizing a Fundraiser Dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Abbotsford. They are opening the full menu for our group no matter how large. We only need to report the number of attendees 2 days before.
*Please sign up by the morning of the 27th.
*Donations will be accepted in cash or a cheque made payable to Jim Hamlin in appreciation of Club Tread, the great Trail Wiki, and Jim's vision of bringing people together. If someone is willing to collect the donations with me, please let me know. For donations of $5.00 or more we'll put you on a list. The amount you donated will be anonymous because some people can't afford more than $5. and we don't want to take away from the joy of giving.

I just made a reservation for 12 people and was informed that more people can be added with only 2 hours notice. Apparently they are used to accommodating groups of 100 or more.
