Default Pitt River Hot Springs from Squamish Oct 20-24

Want to follow in the footsteps of the guys who went along Crawford Creek to hike overland from Squamish to the Hot Springs:
http://www.trippin.ca/TripReports/Pi...RHS-index.html
Or try via Pinecone Lake, although getting from the end of Pinecone Lake down to the Pitt River may be difficult travel. See: https://www.clubtread.com/sforum/topi...er,hot,springs.
I've tried going by way of the fool's gold route, starting from Squamish, and it's doable but not the most efficient, I think.
I'd like to give it 5 days, though it may not take that long. I was up at the springs 2 weeks ago and they were awesome!
Shoot me an email if you want to talk about it more. I'm okay with rain or shine. The Oct 20-24 dates could be flexible.

On Oct 25 I have an unmissable date at UBC so I'm not scheduling anything before that.

its much easier in a boat...

5 days in a forest bewteen squamish and pitt river is like a bus ride between chilliwack and surrey...lots of wet dirty bush.

Are there any rapids at the hot springs? I can't tell from Google Earth. Could one packraft through that canyon?
