Well I signed up in January http://www.diezvista.itgo.com/ and just finished a 3 1/2 hour run yesterday BUT things aren't feeling good. I did the race 3 years ago and it was amazing. This year my training doesn't seem to be going as well, one huge mental struggle to keep going.

The last time I did it I trained with 3 other people (all much better then me). This year I am on my own, which is proving to be very tough. If anyone is competing this year and wants to train a long run once a week send me a PM. If anyone else has some tips on getting through hours 4 - 7 please send them along.

Couch,thought I'd share this site with you,it's got a lot of answers.Are you dealing with any specific injuries,or is it a motivation issue?For me,getting through those hours has always been tough.As long as I'm injury free,it's usually a question of not drinking or eating enough...

It is not an injury issue. It is more of a battery issue Once the IPOD dies I don't want to run anymore jking Thanks for the links guys.
