Default The Hiker's New Ride

Finally got around to replacing my 10 year old London Drugs Special.
There have been many improvements in the last 10 years. This thing is sweet and easy on the body too. So it was off for a 22k test ride along the dike at Pitt Meadows. There was a nice cool breeze coming off the river and few people out ?
Here are a few shots , oh and one of Black Beauty !

Does this boat leave soon ?

A peaceful place to reflect on the past, dream, think about the future, and soak up some much needed SUN !

Some have already asked if work was my sponsor when I picked this up ? Don't know where they got THAT idea from

Thanks Guys. I did look at a huge range of bikes, as I'm one of those people that research things to death. I looked at the full suspension bikes however for the kind of riding I do it seemed like a huge expense for me when I will not be doing extreme downhill or stunts on the North Shore. My body just won't take the wipe-out anymore. This thing is almost bombproof & has top of the line components so it should be the last bike I buy.

Yes Aces : I do use a helmet & gloves too !

Happy Trails everyone.
