This is a really random question and I wasn't sure where to put it...

I remember staying in the Wates-Gibson ACC hut and there was a specific protocol for washing dishes, I guess to minimize grey water. Does anyone know what it is? I think they had a printout diagram of how to do it, does anyone have a copy of that?

I was there a few years ago and don't remember anything like that. In fact, I did a whole lot more dishes than my share just because I don't like working in a messy kitchen. If there had been a system, it had long been set aside.
