flipside,
Thank you for the info.
My experience was as you describe. I look forward to receiving 6 bitty checks in CAD, one for each night of a single trip. (They will probably end up junked.) And I had the same thought: just hold on to the funds for next year! Can't do.

Watching how the cancellations ramp up, or don't, in August-September should be (partially) informative as to effect of aggregators--tour companies--buying in bulk.

Guys, don't you know what's going on with their website? I tried to access it some time ago, and the site just wouldn't load. Now, when I try to open it, it tells me an error and forbidden. Did they close it? That's pretty weird because a friend of mine told me that he entered the site a couple of months ago, and everything was working fine. And the last time when I tried to open it, I told him about my issues, and he said that it works perfectly on his phone. I'm planning a trip by the end of the winter, that's why I need them. I have bought everything I need, except the damn air conditioner. However, I read some reviews on brightcamping.com, and I decided which one to take.

Arllset,
I just checked, and the site opened w/o problems,
Have you tried the usual - empty cache, refresh browser, etc?
Good luck!
