Default Ralph Forster Hut-Mount Robson info

Has anybody ever been up to this hut or have any info on the route to get to the hut? It is on one of the routes to the summit of Robson.

The topo in Selected Alpine is accurate but the trail is reportedly pretty brushy at the moment. If you have trouble on the approach to the hut, you will get in more trouble on the mountain - almost a sure thing.

Wine stirs the spring, happiness bursts through the earth like a plant, walls crumble, and rocky cliffs, chasms close, as song is born.

Person that started this thread actually came back later on & hiked up, but never made it to the Hut

Here is nice link of successful Robson summit bid with overnight at Ralph Foster Hut:

Probably the best view from the toilet of any hut I have been to.

Abbott Pass hut has really good view from the crapper too. Hut's been closed though for over a year as Parks are doing slope remediation
